Your data. Handled with care.

What we collect

When you book a call, submit a form, or sign a contract, we collect the basics needed to run the engagement:

• Contact details — name, email, phone, shop name, city
• Business details — chair count, tier interest, current tooling, availability
• Billing details — handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we never store card numbers on our servers
• Technical — IP, browser, device, and coarse location via first-party analytics

We do not collect special-category data (health, biometrics, political opinions). Please don’t send us that.

How we use it

• Deliver the service — build your funnel, run your ads, staff your phones
• Communicate — scheduling, progress updates, audit reports, invoices
• Improve — anonymous analytics to see which pages convert
• Comply — tax records, contracts, and regulatory obligations

We will never use your data to train public AI models, sell it to a data broker, or hand it to a marketing partner without your written consent.

Cookies & tracking

This site uses a small number of first-party cookies to remember your preferences and measure traffic. No ad-tech pixels run by default.

• Essential — session, CSRF, and cookie-consent state
• Analytics — aggregated page views via a privacy-first analytics layer (no cross-site tracking)
• Scheduling — Cal.com sets cookies when you open the booking window; see their policy

You can clear cookies at any time from your browser settings without losing access to the site.

Who we share with

Your data touches a short list of trusted processors, each bound by a data-processing agreement:

• Stripe — payments and invoicing
• Cal.com — scheduling of discovery calls
• Resend / Postmark — transactional email
• Cloud hosting — site and application infrastructure
• Ad platforms — only on your behalf, within campaigns you’ve signed for

We do not sell your personal data. Period.

Your rights

Under GDPR, CCPA, and similar regimes you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct anything that’s inaccurate
• Delete your data (right to be forgotten), subject to legal retention
• Port your data to another provider
• Object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority

Email privacy@booked.agency with your request. We respond within 30 days, usually within 72 hours.

How long we keep it

• Active clients — for the life of the engagement plus 24 months
• Prospects — up to 18 months from last contact, then purged
• Contracts & invoices — 10 years (German tax law, HGB § 257)
• Analytics — aggregated indefinitely, raw logs rotated every 90 days
